Employee Assistance Program

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free and confidential counselling service offered by employers to their employees to support their well-being in the workplace and in their personal lives.

32&Sunny promotes positive relationships within the workplace by providing practical assistance to employees when personal or work issues arise that may impact on their ability to do their job or affect their wellbeing. Our approach helps an individual address an array of life challenges, ideally before they become distractions that affect home life as well as work performance.

Such issues which give rise to requests for EAP services can include:
